By popular demand: Brand Me

, LEAP!, LEAP!
Earlier this year, Ann De Jaeger wrote ‘we need a distinctively different next generation business model if women are to lead the way’, to explain why Executive Learning Partnership came designed Brand Me. By popular demand new sessions start on Oct 19-21.
Executive Learning Partnership’s (ELP) Brand Me programme is the answer to the question: ‘What do women need in order to move up in the corporate ranks without losing their authenticity?’ Brand Me is a two-and-a-half-day integrated programme that works on multiple levels including the rational (head), the emotions (heart), and action (hands). That’s what sets Brand Me apart from other female leadership programmes.
Energy
“We do not approach the topic of female leadership from a defensive or an over-emotional angle, but also not from a politically correct perspective. Our aim is to help truly authentic women make it to the top of organisations in order to restore the natural equilibrium between feminine and masculine energy in the corporate world,” ELP exclaims.
‘Journey’
Participants literally say ELP is on the right track with Brand Me, so reveals a look at in the Brand Me guestbook. “What a fantastic journey through real life. What a joy to share with others and to be able to reflect on our limiting beliefs but especially to be able to walk out the door more confident and energised than ever!”
‘Exhilarated’
“I am full with energy to start my new journey. I have the determination to find whatever it is that holds me back and find a strategy that will help me at least for the next 2 years, and will ensure I have a new and stronger team,” said another participant. And a third participant exclaimed: "I arrived excited - I left exhilarated."
The programme
In just two-and-a-half days you will:
- Experience what motivates and energises you.
- (Re)discover your unique strengths and feel empowered to use them.
- Come face-to-face with your self-limiting beliefs and work on ways to overcome them.
- Take time to visualise your future and create a storyboard to get there.
- Develop new ways of thinking and skills that will enable you to be more powerful.
