This FREE Tiara TeleConnect on 7 December will give you an extra boost to conclude 2010 powerfully, and with a content and joyful feeling. Tiara Coaches Andrea Henning and Franciska Moors will help you increase your ability to use your power effectively. “In our experience the only things we have power over are ourselves and what we think and believe. Exercising our power in these areas enables us to stay focused on what we want in life,” Franciska Moors clarifies.
Challenge
“If leading the life that inspires you is what you want, then we’d be glad tochallenge you graciously to shift and act courageously in alignment with your top priorities to the benefit of your self and your organisation,” Andrea Henning continues. Through Connected and Centered Leadership programming. Tiara will systematically show you how to successfully integrate all aspects of your career and life. The coaches lead and support women in clarifying and practicing their unique life choices by tapping into typical and distinct sources of natural female power and ways of female communication.
Methods
The Tiara approach is based on methods to tap into the way women are wired to explore, learn, grow and produce results. “Our techniques leverage self-inquiry and a trusting community of powerful women, all willing to engage authentically in the process. Tiara events are designed to increase awareness, deepen acceptance, and create a supportive community while producing inspiring results,” says Franciska. Next to teleconferences, Tiara also provides workshops, inspirational articles and columns and speaking engagements.
For LEAP-women
From early 2011 Tiara is offering programs expressly for LEAP-women. They’ll be providing attributes for deliberate evolution of Leadership 2.0. “Some of these attributes are dialogue, trust, self-leadership and –management, networking, collectivity and engagement,” Andrea adds.

Generally the Tiara programs are geared towards addressing topics that are important to professional women – every day of their busy life. You will find TeleConnects and TeleSeries. A TeleConnect is a free and stand-alone phone-in conference (45 minutes) on a topic that will leave you with inspiration and practical take-aways. The TeleSeries are designed to delve into a topic for 4 consecutive weeks. These calls also last 45 minutes and allow you to gain a deeper understanding and integrate the lessons learned more fully.
