Leadership values top-executives
The 6 June Event was visited by some 200 leading women and men, among whom a substantial number of executives of AEX funds. After the keynote speech “Beyond Hierarchy” of Josephine Green, former Senior Director of Trends and Strategy at Philips and expert in Social Foresight and Innovation, a Panel discussion took place between Carla Smits-Nusteling, CFO van KPN, Peter Molengraaf, CEO of Alliander, Jos Nijhuis, CEO of Schiphol Goup and Jim Stolze, Founder & Director of TedX. Moderated by Jeroen Maes, co-Founder of Waking up the Workplace, they openly discussed which values are important to them and how they put these into practice.

New leaders
In the following Leadership Cafe, members and guests discussed their own vision on values, joined by a group of young high potentials ( KPN and Nyenrode). Both leaders and runners up got the chance to exchange their thoughts on what values are needed now for New Leadership.
Competition
Josephine Green’s launched the P2P Challenge, a competition which will help bring the pyramids to pancakes model from theory to practice. The ideas, plans and best practice examples will inspire new leaders and create a snowball effect. For more information: www.pyramids2pancakes.com

They will offer both ‘work’ and ‘off-work’ related subjects as information & inspiration on leadership, development (career and self), social media, but also Bizz, money and Leisure.
