One of the topics in the debate on diversity at KPN concerns women moving into higher positions. The future generation of women in top jobs is therefore crucially important. Which in-house talents do we have? How can we hold on to them? And how can we create an environment where they can realize their full potential? These questions also play a pivotal role in KPN’s policy on diversity.

Merel Visscher is one of KPN’s rising stars and has been recently appointed Manager Controlling Team. She has been working for KPN for almost five years and is taking part in the Young Potential Program. This is a program which enables people to develop leadership qualities. Professional academies such as the Marketing, IT and Finance Academy offer training courses to help potentials develop their professional skills to a higher level. The Young Potential Program aims at supervising talent until they become leading professionals. This is exactly what is needed at the helm of KPN. Watch the video clip to get acquainted with Merel.
