The LEAP Leadership event on 4 March – Meet the Leaders, get Connected - is approaching. The speakers will be giving regular food for thought in the run-up to the event. This one is from Josephine Green, expert on social foresight and innovation and former Senior Director Trends and Strategy at Philips.
“As technology, the environment and demography dictate the design of 21st century society, we have to rethink our economic and social models. The flat, pancake organizational model will replace the pyramid hierarchy in organizations.”
